Product Description
Heliox UV MP Para piscinas publicas
The Heliox UV MP treatment system has a series of advantages over chemical disinfection systems, since ultraviolet light practically does not alter the physical and chemical composition of the water, it is very effective against any type of organism (algae, bacteria, viruses, molds, yeasts, etc.) further minimizing the risks of handling and dosing hazardous chemicals.
In addition, UV treatment reduces levels of combined chlorine in the water, thus producing significant water and energy savings by reducing the volume and frequency of pool water changes.
The Heliox UV MP treatment systems were designed and manufactured with the highest technology in UV water treatment, thus ensuring continuous operation and minimal maintenance.
The proposed control architecture for the HELIOX UV MP system has a number of features that allow the highest levels of reliability, efficiency and scalability.
As the systems incorporate calibrated radiation and flow sensors, continuous adjustment of lamp power is allowed, optimizing energy consumption and lifetime. Calibrated sensors do not require any user action on them.
HELIOX UV MP systems manage two parameters by defining lamp power, radiation measured by the sensor and flow rate.
Thus, the system defines a nominal radiation for each model, which is determined by the maximum treatment flow to guarantee a dose of 60 mJ / cm2.
If the flow to be treated is lower than the nominal one, the necessary radiation will also be, therefore the system will reduce the output power, optimizing energy consumption and increasing the useful life of the lamp.
Like current UV systems, if radiation decreases due to loss of lamp efficiency, turbidity, etc., the system will adjust the lamp power to ensure the nominal dose.
The lamp power system is based on an electronic ballast that allows continuous operation with high efficiency (over 95%).
