HIGH PERFORMANCE
The high density of oil, compared to other types of liquids, requires greater resistance in the transfer phase. For this reason, the Viscomat Vane oil and diesel transfer system is characterized by the AC self-priming vane pump, capable of supporting and guaranteeing a constant flow and regularity in the flow dispensed with low viscosity, up to 500 cSt with a flow of up to 50 l/min . Continuous operation guarantees high suction capacity at pressures of up to 6 bar. The asynchronous AC motor is self-ventilated, closed and available in different voltages and frequencies, both single-phase and three-phase, to adapt to any working condition.

The Viscomat Vane oil and diesel transfer pump offers the possibility of regulating operation with closed delivery, thanks to the application of the bypass integrated into the pump body.

RELIABLE
The sintered steel rotor has resin vanes that provide good resistance to the rotor during transfer. For added safety of the oil transfer system, Viscomat Vane can be accessed from the pump side to ensure proper maintenance of the rotary shaft seal.
