To make a payment using an Multibanco reference, go to the ATM closest to you or use your Homebanking. Always use the "Purchase Payments" option to make your payments. If you have any questions or difficulties, contact us. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page, so you can pay with your account or with your credit/debit card.

Although it is possible to see the products in other currencies, all payments are made in Euros. All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Shipping

The value of the shipping is always indicated at the end of the order.

Fees and/or Taxes

All products for sale at Hidraulicart are subject to the Portuguese VAT rate (Tax), which is applied to all our orders. For countries outside the European Community, orders may still be subject to the country's customs fees. All payments of customs fees or any other type of tax are the sole responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstances may Hidraulicart be liable for any liability arising therefrom.

Exchanges and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, remember that you can return your order up to 15 days after receiving it.

First you should send an email to geral@hidraulicart.pt communicating the return of the product, always indicating the order number or invoice, which products to return.

In this first contact, you must also indicate whether you want to replace the product or refund the amount. Then, wait for Hidraulicart to contact you before consolidating the return. Only after being contacted should you send it.

We do not accept returns that have not followed the above procedure.

Finally, place the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with no signs of having been used, and send it to:

Important: Returns are not accepted for products that show signs of having already been used. We only refund the shipping cost if the order sent is incorrect or if the product is defective.

In other cases, we refund the entire value of the item, with the exception of the cost of transport or other fees.

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws in force in Portugal. By using the Hidraulicart website, the user agrees that any legal action that arises or is related to these Terms and Conditions of Use will be discussed before the Portuguese Justice.

Equipment Reception

In order to guarantee responsibility for potential damages that occur during the transport of the products and based on the instructions of the transport companies, we inform you of the following procedures to be followed upon receipt:

- Visually inspect the outside of the package;

- If it is not possible to verify the contents of the package upon receipt, it must be written on the carrier's delivery document “subject to verification”;

- If any anomaly is detected, mention this information on the carrier's delivery receipt (Explo. Crumpled / torn / wet box, etc.);

- If, upon opening the package, any damage is found to the product, it is mandatory to inform HIDRULICAT, LDA via fax or e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Everything that was used in the packaging must be kept for later investigation by the carrier and/or supplier.

- If the packaging is in very poor condition, delivery must be refused

If this procedure is not followed, HIDRAULICART, LDA reserves the right to decline any responsibility for what happened.

We also inform you that any claim made in this context and which does not appear on the carrier's delivery receipt, the record of anomalies or damage, will not be considered by us.
