Product Description
Solar submersible electric pumps with integrated electronics powered by multiple renewable energy sources.
TECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO RENEWABLE ENERGY
The solar engine can be powered directly by renewable energy, as it has an integrated frequency inverter inside.
It can be powered by alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC) with a wide voltage range from 90-240 VAC / 60-380 VDC.
It can be connected to photovoltaic panels, batteries, wind turbines, generating sets or the public grid.
This engine's management software automatically adjusts the hydraulic performance for each energy source to the available power, maximizing the pumped water flow.
PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR
The solar electric pump is equipped with a permanent magnet AC motor. The rotor uses Noodimyum magnets coated with thin copper and nickel layers, to guarantee, in addition to superior magnetic performance, greater reliability and durability.
A high-efficiency motor and a high starting parameter make the pump start, even in conditions of low solar irradiation. The integrated frequency inverter converts direct current (DC) energy into alternating current (AC).
The engine works efficiently and at the same time, adjusts the pump speed in relation to the available irradiation, maximizing the power extracted (MPPT- Maximum Power Point Tracking).
Overload, overtemperature and lack of water protection are integrated.
MPPT - Maximum Power at Tracking Point
When applying solar panels, the MPPT ( Maximum Power Point Tracking ) function maximizes the input power according to different irradiation and temperature conditions.
When the irradiation increases, the pump increases the rotation speed and, consequently, the water flow pumped.
When irradiation decreases (presence of clouds), the pump reduces speed, also reducing the water flow. Even so, the pump will continue to supply water until the irradiation reaches the minimum value that ensures the correct functioning of the pump.
MULTIPOWER MONITORING - Command and control panel
With this MultiPower Monitoring control module, you can:
- Control electrical parameters;
- Connect a flow switch to control the pump’s hydraulic parameters;
- Connect a pressure switch or level switch;
- Have a digital signal output for the generator.
- Automatic switching device between AC/DC power sources.
