Product Description
Salt chlorinators are an automatic and efficient solution for disinfection. The AquaRite LT model is specially designed for indoor and outdoor pools.
Easy-to-use equipment that provides complete water treatment and reduces maintenance requirements, salt chlorinators are a great investment for pool owners who want to ensure their pool water is clean and safe.
This new version of the Hayward Aquarite LT includes its new cell, a notable improvement in its duration, going from a duration of 5,000 hours to the current 8,000 hours controlled by the user through the hour counter available in the control module.
The cell container is made of transparent glass, which is very important for controlling its condition, dirt, chlorine production and preventing breakdowns and premature wear.
Production control with cover. The pool does not need to be chlorinated as much when it is closed, this way we can manage and regulate its operation according to the state of our cover, another way to extend the useful life of our cell.
Salt reading. Reading in grams per liter of water is important for correct salt control. The vast majority of salt chlorinators on the market only indicate that there is little salt, but not the quantity. This detail is very important because excess salt affects all the metallic elements in the water, oxidizing them and aging them prematurely.
Possibility of injecting acid into the cell. The cell container comes with a screw cap designed to be used as an inlet for the pH correction acid. This is especially intended for all users who have hard or alkaline water. Limescale becomes encrusted in the cell and reduces or hinders its production. Ultimately, for the saline chlorination equipment to work properly, we have to disassemble and clean it so that production is correct and we do not have problems with the water. These operations are reduced if we have this convenient cleaning system in which we take advantage of the need for pH regulating acid to clean and decalcify any possible limescale or impurities that adhere to our cell.
As an option - we can improve the performance of this Hayward saline chlorinator:
The kit redox (ORP) that allows automatic control of chlorine production. Using a probe, the need for disinfectant is measured, turning on the salt chlorinator when necessary.
The kit pH measures and regulates the pH of the water using a probe and a dosing pump.
