ESPA DPR Automatic Water Pump up to 7.2 m3/h

Pump from the ESPA brand model PRISMA , horizontal multistage centrifuge, silent and with excellent performance, suitable for domestic applications, pressure groups and irrigation systems.

Equipped with an electronic device for automatic control and protection of the electric pump, this system is equipped with an electronic sensor integrated into the circuit that controls the starting and stopping of the electric pump and has a safety system against dry running.

Replaces the traditional autoclave, pressure switch, check valve and level switch system. This device automatically turns on the electric pump when any water point is opened and stops after a delay of 15 to 20 seconds as soon as there is no more water consumption.

Electric Motor
Two-pole induction type, closed and self-ventilated, suitable for continuous operation, with IPX5 degree of protection and class F insulation. Single-phase 230V - 50Hz with permanent capacitor or three-phase 400V - 50 Hz. Motors must be thermally protected by the user .

The DPR controller is a compact device for automatic control and protection of electric pumps up to 2.2 kW (3 HP), multivoltage (110-230 V) and equipped with an innovative output pressure reduction/regulation system . It also includes a digital display with instantaneous indication of current consumption and output pressure as it is equipped with current and pressure transducers inside.

In addition to the typical features of traditional electronic pump controllers:

It allows you to adjust and stabilize the output pressure, avoiding overloads in the hydraulic network, water hammer and, definitely, improving the comfort of the end user.

ART function (automatic restart). This system will perform a series of automatic starts, to try to restore operation without the need for manual intervention using the RESET key.
APR function (anti-blocking periodic routine). After 3 days of non-operation, the device causes a 10-second restart to prevent engine rotor blockages.
Configurable against flooding. With this function enabled, the pump will stop after a programmed time of continuous operation.
Standby mode.
Control and protection system for electric pumps against overcurrents, dry running due to lack of water, overpressure, flooding and rotor blocking.
The control panel includes: 3-digit display, flow indicator, bar/psi indicator, alarm indicator.
Recording of operational data and alarms.
Built-in accumulation membrane and non-return valve.
