Product Description
Salt chlorinators are an automatic and efficient solution for disinfection. The AquaRite LT model was specially designed for indoor and outdoor pools.
Easy-to-use equipment provides complete water treatment and reduces maintenance requirements. Salt chlorinators are a great investment for pool owners who want to ensure their pool water is clean and safe.
This new version of the Hayward Aquarite LT includes its new cell, a notable improvement in its duration, going from a duration of 5,000 hours to the current 8,000 hours controlled by the user through the hour counter available on the control module.
The cell container is transparent glass, very important for controlling its condition, dirt, chlorine production and preventing damage and premature wear.
Production control with coverage. The pool does not need to be as chlorinated when it is closed, this way we can manage and regulate its operation according to the condition of our cover, another way of extending the useful life of our cell.
Salt Reading. Reading in grams per liter of water is important for correct salt control, the vast majority of salt chlorinators on the market only indicate that they are low in salt, but not the quantity. This detail is very important because excess salt influences all the metallic elements in the water, oxidizing them and aging them prematurely.
Possibility of injecting acid into the cell. The cell container comes with a screw cap designed to be used as an inlet for the pH correction acid. This is especially intended for all users who have hard or alkaline water. Limescale becomes embedded in the cell and reduces or hinders its production. In the end, for the saline chlorination equipment to work well, we have to dismantle it and clean it so that production is correct and we do not have problems with the water. These operations are reduced if we have this comfortable cleaning system in which we take advantage of the need for pH-regulating acid to clean and descale any possible limescale or impurities that adhere to our cell.
As an option - we can improve the performance of this Hayward saline chlorinator:
The kit redox (ORP) that allows automatic control of chlorine production. Using a probe, the need for disinfectant is measured, turning on the salt chlorinator when necessary.
The kit pH measures and regulates the pH of water using a probe and a dosing pump.
