Construction features of the pump

Pump body and pre-filter nut in glass-fibre reinforced technopolymer. Pre-filter cover in transparent polycarbonate, resistant to oxidation to ensure constant and long-lasting visibility. nylon filter. Impeller in glass-fibre reinforced technopolymer, designed to ensure total coverage and isolation of the motor shaft from the pumped liquid. Reinforced technopolymer diffuser. Carbon/alumina / NBR / AISI 316 mechanical seal . OR ring on the pump body in NBR , screws and reinforcement bushings in AISI 316 stainless steel. Butterfly filling and emptying handles do not require the use of tools for disassembly and assembly.

Engine construction features

Continuous duty asynchronous motor (S1) with 2 poles with a wide power range from 0,5 HP to 3 HP in both single-phase and three-phase versions (see technical specifications) . Cast aluminium motor housing with cataphoresis surface treatment to prevent oxidation in aggressive environments. Support base with rubber feet to reduce vibrations. Single-phase version with built-in thermoamperometric protection and permanent capacitor (PSC) installed internally in the connection strip for all versions.
