Coverco Submersible Motor 3x230V

This version of 3x230V motors involves the use of a speed variator , with 3x230V voltage output.

The 4" submersible motors of the NBS4 series, the most recent from Coverco (Franklin Electric Group), are rewindable, like their predecessors and can work in artesian wells where the water temperature does not exceed 35 ºC and a pH between 6.5 and 8.0 The engine coolant is a dielectric fluid called white oil approved by the American FDA and other pharmacological institutes around the world.

The coupling and flange dimensions comply with NEMA regulations as these Coverco submersible motors were expressly designed to operate coupled to submersible pumps with the same coupling dimensions. The power supply can be single-phase or three-phase. The single-phase line ranges from 0.37kW to 4.0 kW, the three-phase ranges from 0.37 kW to 7.5 kW.
Coverco submersible motors are typically used in vertical applications. However, the motors can be installed horizontally, always and in any case, after prior confirmation by our technical department and analysis of the application in question.
Coverco submersible motors can be installed in 4" artesian holes with a maximum depth of 250 meters. Their ability to be rewindable is guaranteed by a design that facilitates disassembly and assembly.

Coverco 4" submersible motors ensure reliable operation in boreholes with a diameter of 4" or larger. The axial and radial bearings are lubricated with oil that allows maintenance-free operation. Pressure compensation inside the engine is ensured by a special membrane.
