Product Description
Digital Level Chart for Wastewater
No need to use buoys to protect and control electric pumps
Presentation
- Plastic box 300x250x140 mm in grey ABS RAL7035 with hinge and transparent polycarbonate lid.
- Digital electronic relay for control and protection of the electric pump.
- Automatic, manual or off operation, controlled by a 3-position switch with protective capsule.
- Operation of the audible alarm in automatic (AUT), test or off (0), by means of a 3-position switch with protective capsule, without interfering with the light alarm.
- Short-circuit protection via circuit breaker
- Connection for remote starter control (C11-C12) (float or other)
- Connection for remote alarm control (C21-C22) (float or other)
- Short-circuit protection via circuit breaker
- Engine on indication (green indicator)
- Alarm on indication (audible alarm and red signal)
- 4 glands, for passing connection cables
How it Works
With the control circuit switch in the automatic position (AUT), whenever the automatic reset time (previously programmed) is reached or the start command (C11-C12) closes (“COM” LED on the PRObomba Relay), the pump turns on (green indicator and “OUT” LED on the PRObomba relay), turning off as soon as the relay detects consumption below the minimum intensity limit “IL”, indicating on the display, intermittently, “EIL” and the remaining time (hours) for the automatic reset to occur.
If during operation the PRObomba relay detects a consumption higher than the maximum intensity value “IH” for a period of time greater than 4 or 8 seconds, depending on the overload detected, the pump switches off and the relay display indicates “EIH” - overcurrent error. Manual reset can be performed using the “RST” reset key on the relay or via the control circuit switch, simply by turning it off and on again.
Whenever during operation it is found that the supply voltage is lower than the minimum parameter or higher than the maximum (factory default values of 195V for minimum voltage and 240V for maximum) for more than 4 seconds, the PRObomba Relay display will show “EUH” - overvoltage error or “EUL” - undervoltage error) every 4 seconds.
With the control circuit switch in the manual position, the pump starts regardless of the status of the start control.
Whenever the alarm command (C21-C22) closes or the maximum operating time "EO" (previously programmed) is reached, the alarm indicator (red) and the audible alarm will be switched on, which can be switched off using the respective switch.
