Product Description

SCUBA 5SC

The new compact close-coupled SCUBA submersible well pump from LOWARA brings a new level of reliability and flexibility to primary water supply options for wells, tanks or reservoirs, sprinkler irrigation systems and pressure boosting.

APPLICATIONS

Water supply from tanks, 6” wells, river basins and watercourses.
Sprinkler irrigation systems;
Pressurization with a pump inserted directly into the tank or well, to avoid suction and noise problems;
Rainwater collection;
Car wash system;
Pressurization on boats;
Air purification/humidification systems;
Filtration systems;
Water recycling systems.

OPERATION

Fluid: Clean water and non-aggressive, non-viscous liquids, free of solid substances;
Maximum fluid temperature: 0 to 40 ºC ;
Maximum immersion height: 17 m .

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

Impellers: Technopolymer;
Diffusers: AISI 304 stainless steel;
Outer casing: AISI 304 stainless steel;
Motor shaft: AISI 431 stainless steel;
Connection: 1¼;
External mechanical seal: Silicon Carburete;
Internal mechanical seal: Ceramic/Graphite;
Cable: 20 m .

ELECTRIC MOTOR

Two-pole induction type, closed and self-ventilated, suitable for continuous operation, with protection level IX8 and class F insulation. Single-phase 230V - 50Hz with permanent capacitor or three-phase 400V - 50 Hz . Motors must be thermally protected by the user.
