Group Pressure Variation Speed Lascar V BAICO - Speedboard

The Baico - SpeedBox range is designed to boost and transfer water pressure. It uses the latest technology to easily deliver water at the correct pressure and flow rate for residential and light commercial applications.

The SPEEDBOARD series pressure groups incorporate a frequency converter per pump intended for installations where a water supply with variable flow at a constant pressure is required.

Supply voltage 1~230V or 3~400V. Communication for groups of 2 pumps is direct with alternating operation sequence, in the case of 3 or more pumps their control will be done through the SPEEDCENTER.

Variable speed operation ensures smooth pressure control and quiet performance without water hammer.
Pressure remains constant despite frequent variations in water consumption.
Compact design thanks to smart pumps.

Fiabilidade
Have control of multipumps or without an external control panel. HM booster sets are equipped with a pressure transducer per pump via the 4-20 mA signal. Operation is still possible even when one or more pumps or sensors are unavailable.

Each individual pump has the ability to take over. This means that the system will continue to function as a booster system even if one or more pumps or sensors are unavailable. Compared to systems with only one control unit, the SPEEDBOARD range is an extremely reliable source of pressure.

Operação segura
Each drive is supplied with fault diagnosis contacts and dry-running protection connections as standard. Each frequency converter of the BAICO LASCAR V unit has an automatic switch for magnetic thermal protection. The system incorporates the cyclic exchange of pumps, temperature sensors in the frequency units and error registers.

When the device is turned off due to lack of water, the ART system tries to turn on the equipment at programmed intervals until the water supply is restored. Automatic reset system due to power failure. Connection for water level float in the suction tank. External pressure transducer. Control and signaling panel. AIS function. It detects temperatures below 5°C and the water circulation will start periodically, preventing freezing.
