Product Description
Highly efficient pressure boosting system with 2 stainless steel vertical multistage pumps for fully automatic water supply. It includes a variable speed system from NASTEC models MIDA or VaSCo to control the pumps, distributing the work based on the set pressure and the actual working time of each pump, also ensuring protection against dry running.
The Etech Franklin - NASTEC range is designed to boost and transfer water pressure. It uses the latest technology to easily deliver water at the correct pressure and flow rate for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
Variable Speed Controler is a family of variable speed drives, manufactured by NASTEC , specially designed to control and protect pumping systems based on the speed variation of the electric pumps.
Pump systems are often oversized for the application and more energy is expended than necessary. With energy savings of up to 70% on partial loads alone, the typical investment pays back in less than 2 years, depending on energy cost and pump running time. An engine at 80% of its maximum speed uses 48% less energy and reduces carbon emissions.
Unparalleled user experience Thanks to the “ Nastec NOW ” application, it is now possible to communicate with the inverters via Bluetooth with the possibility of:
Monitor multiple operating parameters simultaneously on your smartphone.
Get energy consumption statistics and alarm history.
Run operation and programming reports with the possibility of taking notes with images and sending them by email or keeping them in the digital file.
The inverter settings and parameters can be saved in a file, with the possibility of copying them to other inverters and sharing them among several users.
Control the variators remotely, using a Wi-Fi or gsm network through a smartphone placed close to the equipment that will work as a modem.
Supply voltage 1~230V or 3~400V. Communication for groups of up to 8 pumps is direct with alternating or timed operation sequence.
Variable speed operation ensures smooth pressure control and quiet performance without water hammer.

Fiabilidade
Have control of multipumps or without an external control panel. EV booster sets are equipped with a pressure transducer per pump across the 4-20 mA signal. Operation is still possible even when one or more pumps or sensors are unavailable.

Each individual pump has the ability to take over. This means that the system will continue to function as a booster system even if one or more pumps or sensors are unavailable. Compared to systems with only one control unit, the NASTEC range is an extremely reliable source of pressure.
Operação segura
Each drive is supplied with fault diagnosis contacts and dry-running protection connections as standard. Each Etech Franklin EV drive frequency converter has an automatic switch for magnetic thermal protection. The system incorporates the cyclic exchange of pumps, temperature sensors in the frequency units and error registers.
