Product Description
Hydral Pumps for 4" boreholes for civil, agricultural and industrial applications. The Hydral pumps consist of a multi-cell hydraulic unit coupled to a submerged motor. Particularly adapted for use in Ø 4" (100 mm) artesian boreholes.
Pump Construction
- Upper and lower body in vase 304 stainless steel
- Check valve incorporated in the upper body
- Pump liner in polished 304 stainless steel
- Hexagonal shaft in 304 stainless steel
- Floating turbines (requires less starting torque and is less affected by sand or other abrasives suspended in the water).
- Noryl impellers
- Polycarbonate diffusers
Operating Conditions
- Clean liquids, without abrasive or solid bodies
- Maximum pressure height: 178m
- Maximum flow rate 3 m3/h
- Maximum temperature of the pumped liquid +30 ºC
Motor
- Single-phase version: 230V 50Hz 2 poles (2850rpm)
- Three-phase version: 400V 50Hz 2 poles (2850rpm)
- Overload protection must be provided with the application of a user-owned control panel
- Maximum number of equally distributed hourly starts: 20
