Swimming Pool Frame

Control and protection of electric pumps used in swimming pool water circulation systems.

Presentation
- Box 335x340x160 mm or 460x340x160 mm in gray ABS RAL7035 and lid with transparent window.
- Contactor and motor-circuit breaker.
- Time switch with rope reserve for automatic engine control.
- MCS-11 module that allows automatic, manual or off operation, independently controlled by a 3-position switch.
- Pump protection against short circuits and overloads through motor circuit breaker.
- Protection against fault currents >30mA through differential switch.
- Protection against short circuits in the transformer circuit through circuit breaker.
- Engine on indication (green LED on the command and signaling module).
- Indication of thermal trip (red LED on the command and signaling module).
- Connection for remote safety command (C11-C12) (float, pressure switch or others).
- Connection for projector remote control (C21-C22) (time switch, switch or others).
- Connection for Salt controller.
- Connection for PH controller.
- Connection for transformers for projectors.

How it works

After making all the connections correctly, the motor breaker must be adjusted according to the nominal current of the motor.

With the control circuit switch in the “AUT” automatic operating position, the pump turns on (green LED on the command and signaling module) within the period of time set on the time switch.

With the circuit switch in the manual (I) position, the pump turns on regardless of the time switch setting.

Opening the safety command (C11-C12) turns off the pump, regardless of the status of the switch and the time switch. If you do not intend to use the safety command, it must be closed using a "shunt".

Tripping of the motor-circuit breaker due to overload (red LED on the control and signaling module) switches off the pump, regardless of the status of any of the commands.

Whenever the pump turns on, the SALT and PH controllers are also activated simultaneously (if the respective circuit breaker is also activated).

The projector turns on whenever the remote control (C21-C22) closes (if the respective circuit breaker is also activated), turning off if it reopens. If you do not intend to use the remote control, it must be closed using a "shunt"
