BAICO Hydropressor Plant

Hydro-pneumatic unit comprising two pumps installed on a common base, regulated by two pressure switches, for alternating and cascade starting. Suitable for operation with hydropneumatic accumulator with replaceable diaphragm and connection via flexible tube. Brass check valve assembly placed on the suction and compression cut-off valve on each of the pumps.

The instrumentation consists of a manometer in a glycerin bath and two pressure switches, this equipment is mounted on the duly electrified compression manifold.

Includes control panel, base fixing bracket and wiring. All equipment comes properly adjusted and tested for easy installation. The range of hydraulic performance can be modified on request. For other conditions, consult us.

Quadro electrico
Polyester cabinet for alternating and cascading start-up of pumps. Overload protection. Control via pressure switches connected to a level switch for dry-running protection, comprising: contactors for direct starting; thermal relay for overload protection; level switch connection terminals; control and switching relay; electric pump start and stop switch; switch for checking the direction of rotation of the pump; green light for pump in operation; red signal for triggering the thermal; orange indicator for the presence of voltage.
