Group functioning
The hydropnematic group performs the starting and stopping system through the pressure switch. As soon as water is consumed, the first supply is made from the autoclave. When the pressure drops to the start setting level, the pump starts to work. The pump stops automatically as soon as it reaches the stop pressure, which was set on the pressure switch.

This system is supplied with a horizontal multistage centrifugal electropump from the brand LOWARA HM series, designed for applications in supply, irrigation, refrigeration and heating systems , silent, with excellent performance and a fiber autoclave that is totally anti-rust, combining high mechanical robustness. with low weight, distinguished by its long life and easy installation.

The SWITCHMATIC2 unit equipped in this group is an electronic pressure switch with integrated digital pressure gauge. Allows you to manage the starting and stopping of single-phase electric pumps. Pressures are easily adjustable via the control panel. Electrification is carried out in the same way as a traditional electromechanical pressure switch. The unit included reading of pressure and instantaneous current consumed. This patented system controls and manages overcurrent, dry running and rapid operating cycles (lack of air in the autoclave)
