Product Description
Technical description
The SACEMI coolant pump uses single-phase and three-phase motors and has been specially designed for cooling glass cutting machines or for those cases where the coolant needs to be moved.
They are suitable for transferring liquids containing impurities up to 3 mm in size.
The hydraulic components: impeller, scroll and pump body in PBT, allow it to be used with water, emulsions and oily substances in general, with a viscosity not exceeding 21 cSt (3° Engel).
The temperature of the liquid must not exceed 70°C.
They are commonly used in:
- machine tools (mills-lathes-drills)
- machines for working glass (TRI version)
- air conditioning and air conditioning systems
They are normally installed in a tank with a capacity proportional to the flow, about 2-3 cm from the
bottom. It is important to check that the maximum liquid level in the tank always remains 3-4 cm above
bottom of the support flange (see figure).
In cases where the liquid is particularly dirty, it is advisable to build the tank in compartments, for example
allow the sludge to settle before being pulled back by the pump.
